2027 Lead Summit - Day Participant/No Hotel

Date: September 3–5, 2027 — Labor Day Weekend

Friday registration/drop-off: 3 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Friday kickoff: 5:00 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday drop-off: 8 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Sunday pick-up: 8:30 p.m.

Day Participant Summit Experience

The Day Participant option includes access to the Lead Summit experience from Friday evening through Sunday evening, excluding overnight hotel accommodations.

Registration includes:

• Meals and snacks during scheduled Summit programming

• All activities, keynotes, clinics, and breakout sessions

• Access to the Lead Gifting Suite, featuring apparel and gifts from our partners

• Opportunities to connect with Olympians, experts, coaches, and fellow athletes

Hotel accommodations are not included with the Day Participant option. Families are responsible for arranging lodging and transportation to and from the Summit venue.

Terms and Conditions for Participation

By registering for the Lead Summit, the Registrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Participation and authorizes the Athlete/Participant to participate in the event.

Roommate Requests

Roommate requests may be submitted through the Participant Information Form. The form will be provided at a later date.

Roommate requests are typically able to be accommodated but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lead Sports Co. will issue a refund of 50% of the purchased ticket price when the Registrant submits written notice of cancellation at least 60 days before the event.

For cancellations submitted in writing within 60 days of the event, the Registrant may apply the amount paid toward a future Lead Summit event.

The Registrant acknowledges that event attendance is limited and that failure to provide timely notice may make it difficult, costly, or impractical for Lead Sports Co. to find a replacement Participant. A Participant who does not provide proper written notice within the timelines described above will forfeit all amounts paid for participation in the event.

A Participant who does not attend the Event and does not provide the required notice of cancellation before the Event will forfeit the registration payment. In this situation, neither the Registrant nor the Participant will be entitled to transfer the registration fee to a future event or receive a refund of any amount paid.

Event Postponement

If the Event is postponed, Lead Sports Co. will notify Registrants by email and/or phone and provide information about the rescheduled event.

If the Rescheduled Event is not convenient, the Registrant may submit written notice to Lead Sports Co. and apply the amount paid toward a future Lead Summit event.

Lead Sports Co. is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages—including, without limitation, travel, airfare, or hotel expenses—incurred by the Registrant or Participant as a result of a canceled or postponed Event.
