Introduction:

  • Since 2017, the Lead Sports Co. has educated and empowered hundreds of female athletes through the Lead Summit and Academy. Our goal is to support girls and women in sports and create a network of emerging female leaders, accomplished athletes,  and industry specialists covering confidence, leadership, mental health, nutrition, and more. The Pinterest Intern will join the Communications Team to support an exciting new Pinterest account to share blog posts and other Lead content with an aim to drive traffic to Lead Sports Co. events, online courses, and other social media platforms. 

Intern Job Responsibilities: 

  • Create 5-10 pins of Lead-branded content that is posted to social media per week (i.e. academy, blogs, membership)

  • Create/use templates in Canva to design and share pins

  • Manage and organize Lead Pinterest boards 

  • Repin and engage with other Pinners’ content on a weekly basis

  • Interpret and record metrics to determine pin and board success on the platform

  • Reports to Chief Communications Officer and Senior Content Creator

Work Hours and Pay/Benefits:

Education and Experience:

  • Open to college students and juniors and seniors in high school 

  • Pinterest experience required 

  • Canva experience preferred
